Hi all,
I’m trying to delete a user through the UI or the API, but I’m having this error.
The HTTP response failed with a status code of 500, and the message: "An internal error has occurred. PagerDuty administrators have been notified. (code: 2000)"
Also, I’ve opened a support case following the error message, but it’s been a week and I’m still waiting to receive a response
Do you have any idea what could be causing this issue?
